Formeds Female Formula Period Support is a food supplement for women in capsules. A daily serving of 2 capsules provides 375 mg of yarrow extract, 300 mg of PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) and 100 mg of lactoferrin, together with iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid (5-MTHF). Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Take it regularly throughout the whole menstrual cycle, not only during menstruation.

Ingredients

yarrow herb extract (Achillea millefolium L.), palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), lactoferrin (from milk), ferrous bisglycinate (iron), Quatrefolic® glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (folic acid), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), inulin, capsule shell: pullulan.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules once daily with a meal, preferably in the first part of the day (morning or midday). Swallow the capsules with water. Use the supplement regularly throughout the whole menstrual cycle, not only during menstruation.

Because of the iron content, keep an interval of about 2 hours from coffee and tea, which may limit its absorption. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Contraindications

This product is intended for adults. It should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women without consulting a doctor. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients.

Store in a dry, dark place, out of reach of young children.
