BeKeto MEGA Omega 3 Vegan Algae Oil is made from Schizochytrium sp. microalgae oil in an MCT oil base, with a natural lemon flavour. A 5 ml serving provides 750 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 570 mg DHA and 185 mg EPA. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision, and EPA and DHA together contribute to the normal function of the heart. Fish-free and free from allergens requiring declaration, vegan and keto-friendly, bottled in dark glass to protect the oil from oxidation.

Ingredients

Schizochytrium sp. microalgae oil (source of DHA and EPA), coconut MCT oil, Sicilian lemon essential oil, antioxidants: tocopherol-rich extract, rosemary extract.

The antioxidants protect the oil from oxidation caused by light, oxygen and temperature: the typical TOTOX value (oxidation index) of this algae oil is below 8, compared with the 26 threshold set out in the GOED industry monograph.

Suggested daily serving: 5 ml (1 teaspoon). Shake well before use. Not intended for frying or baking.
