COSRX Master Patch X-Large are large healing spot patches in an XL size, which cover a larger area of blemishes than standard patches. The niacinamide in the formula regulates sebum, has anti-inflammatory properties and accelerates healing, whilst the occlusive polyisobutylene protects the skin from external factors throughout the night.

The X-Large size allows the patch to cover a larger area of blemished skin – particularly useful for extensive breakouts or in areas where standard patches do not provide sufficient coverage. The occlusive nature of the patch creates a moist environment that accelerates healing, whilst protecting the skin from bacteria and touch throughout the day and night.

The niacinamide contained in the patch matrix remains active whilst worn – it reduces sebum production, soothes inflammation and promotes faster healing. The patch adheres discreetly to the skin and does not come off whilst worn.

Directions for use:

Apply the patch to cleansed and thoroughly dried skin in the area of the blemish. Leave on for at least a few hours or overnight. Remove gently, avoiding pulling on the skin. Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
