Ingredients

Beef gelatin (hydrolyzed collagen) sourced from grass-fed cattle.

The product contains no gluten, preservatives, or glyphosate residue.

How to use

Pour 1 tablespoon of gelatin into 1/2 cup of cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Dissolve the soaked gelatin in 1 1/2 cups of very hot liquid, adding your chosen flavors and sweeteners as part of the liquid measure. Pour into a mold and let cool before serving. One tablespoon of gelatin is equivalent to one packet of powdered gelatin or about 3.5 sheets of leaf gelatin, and will set about half a liter of liquid.

It works well in gummies, marshmallows, mousses, molded desserts, and salads, as a thickener and stabilizer, in Bavarian cream, ice cream, jams, no-bake desserts, and as an egg replacement.
