Olimp AMOK is a dietary supplement in gelatine capsules containing a multi-ingredient pre-workout formula: 400 mg of taurine, 300 mg of beta-alanine, and a total of 150 mg of caffeine (125 mg anhydrous + 25 mg from guarana), Korean ginseng extract 75 mg (standardised to 7% ginsenosides), magnesium 125 mg and vitamin B6 1.75 mg in a single capsule. Recommended intake: 1 capsule twice daily (30 minutes before training).

Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism. High caffeine content (150 mg per capsule). Not recommended for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding women. Do not take before bedtime.
