Suggested use

Recommended 2 servings daily: before breakfast and after training. Dissolve one serving (5 g of powder, 1/4 scoop or 1 level tablespoon) in 125 ml of water and consume immediately after preparing. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Some sediment may form; this does not affect product quality.
