    Omega 3-6-9 by Pharmovit, is a dietary supplement in capsules containing5 aturated fatty acids Omega 3 - EPA, DHA, ALA, Omega 6 - LA and Omega 9 - OA. The composition is enriched with vitamin E, which helps to protect cells from oxidative stress. EPA and DHA acids contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. Beneficial effects occur when 250 mg of EPA and DHA are consumed daily. In addition, DHA acid contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision.
