Skoczylas Borage Seed Oil is 100% borage seed oil (Borago officinalis) – cold-pressed and unrefined by the Polish manufacturer Purelab Marek Skoczylas.

Light golden colour, subtle, slightly nutty aroma. Borage oil naturally contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) – a biochemical characteristic of the plant. The manufacturer states the following fatty acid profile per 100 ml in the product specifications: 53.4 g polyunsaturated + 22.7 g monounsaturated + 15.5 g saturated.

Directions for use

1. Salad dressing with rocket, tomatoes or feta cheese
2. Addition to cooked grains (pearl barley, millet) or rice

5. For skincare: a few drops on cleansed face or body skin, massage in gently
6. Ingredient for homemade creams/masks
7. Use cold only – do not heat

Storage

Store in a dry, cool and dark place. Once opened, store in the fridge for a maximum of 3–4 weeks. The oil may contain natural sediment – this is a characteristic of cold-pressing without filtration.
